Wednesday, January 21, 2009 I... drew something and it didn't save properly q__q. I saved about five times. Including a jpg. It looked like it had saved, but when I shut the file and tried to re-open any of the versions, they were all blank. I liked it too. This feels awful. Poor casually-clothed Mokou ;_; this is all that's left: In other news: I'm now a certified level 1 member of the CSIA. (Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance) I really didn't think I'd pass that course. It was such a surprise to feel the CSIA pin in my envelope. Am I going to teach? Dunno yet. Slumdog Millionaire is an excellent movie! Good visuals, good music (which is used well), good story. Interesting way to tell a story. I think whoever it was who used the word 'novel' to describe it (RJ?) was bang-on. Milk was also amazing. The acting was uncannily good. The story was excellently woven. I liked the utilization of actual footage from that era, it brought home the reality of it all. I'm not going to talk about the other movie I saw.
